REPAIRX Windscreen Repair Kit-Black Syringe and needle

if only black syringes existed...

At REPAIRX, we’ve designed our windscreen repair systems to eliminate the need for clear syringes altogether. Traditional syringe-based systems, while still commonly used in the UK, are not compliant with BS AU 242b:2022, and present several issues — including the risk of cross-contamination, UV exposure, and excessive plastic waste.

Unfortunately the black syringe and bottle do not exist and are just a mock up of the holy grail that no one has ever been able to deliver on

REPAIRX offers a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable alternative. Our stainless steel injector system delivers a precise, measured dose of resin without the need for syringes or needles. This not only removes the risk of mixing old and new resin, but also protects the resin from premature UV exposure, and eliminates single-use plastic waste.

This innovation represents a positive step forward for the industry — promoting cleaner practices, regulatory compliance, and environmental responsibility.
