Our latest addition to the REPAIRX Systems range is a comprehensive consumables kit designed specifically for body shops or glass technicians. The kit includes an additional digital thermometer and a resin pit kit, enabling effective removal of scratches caused by door mirror impacts in an accident that result in chips and surface damage on vehicle drop glass.

No specialist machinery is required. Your existing rotary polisher will work seamlessly with the supplied 125 mm backing pad, making integration into your current workflow quick and simple.

This purpose-built kit includes a resin chip repair system for filling micro-pits left too ensuring a clean, professional finish.

The process is efficient and easy to master: select the appropriate grade based on scratch severity, keep the polishing pad flat, monitor surface temperature (not exceeding 50°C), and work in short 5–10 second cutting cycles.
