Adapted for dust suppression by attaching directly to glass for temperature and dust control. A clean fine mist of water to control the atmosphere around the target working area. This suppression system should form part of your risk assessment and could equally be controlled by a 1 litre trigger misting bottle.

Before starting scratch removal it may be advisable to spray the whole area other than the scratched area to create a catch all water dam. This will turn any dust expelled into a white slurry.

Before water misting the work area the electrical tool should be removed from the work immediate work area to avoid electrical equipment getting wet. Appropriate circuit breakers and gloves should be part of your continuous risk assessment process

On demand misting with trigger release of water mist in polishing vicinity. Water misting landing on the scratch removal area will generally evaporate and should not necessarily need drying away before starting. This makes it a semi wet process. Too much water though will make the glass disc skim the surface and may affect the cutting capability

Includes sterilising agent for pipe and tank cleansing. Fresh water to be used at all times.

Includes FFP3 dust mask and safety glasses and should be used in conjunction with other PPE as determined appropriate by your own glass polishing risk assessment.
