Windscreen Repair Resin syringes with metal needles
GT Smart windscreen repair kits have designed the use of plastic syringes and needles out of our repair process. This means one less windshield repair consumable needed in the repair process.
Syringes rarely offer UV protection resulting in blocked with cured resin within the chamber and needle. Whilst we accept that syringes are still needed by some of our resin customers using other types of windscreen repair kits, switching to life time metal syringes reduces plastic, makes cured resin blockage in the metal needle less likely and saves you on a consumable cost.
